Privacy information

We respect your privacy. This page explains how contact enquiries and basic website delivery work. It describes the current version of our website, which uses an email-based enquiry process rather than a server-side contact form.

Who we are

IT Mates Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09421453). Email: [email protected].

Contact enquiries

When you use our contact section, your email application opens with a prepared message. Nothing is submitted through the website itself. If you choose to send that email, we receive your name, email address and any details you provide. We use that information to reply to your enquiry, discuss services and handle any follow-up you request. We process enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to business communications or, where appropriate, steps at your request before a contract.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Our business email is managed through Microsoft 365. These providers may process technical information or messages in order to deliver their services, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not deliberately deploy marketing or analytics scripts. Essential technical processing by our hosting provider may still occur. This statement should be reviewed if new analytics, embedded media or contact-form services are introduced.

Retention and your rights

We keep business enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage our relationship, subject to any legal requirements. You can ask us about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion, where applicable, by emailing [email protected]. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We will update this notice when the way we collect or process information changes. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
